Q&A Rules
Dear delegates, to maximize the value of the sessions and to allow equal opportunity for all of you, the following are the roles to be followed in the sessions during questions & answers time:
All delegates will be completely muted during the session
It is not allowed to comment on another colleague
Delegate who has a question must raise his/her hand to ask the question either oral or in the chat box
While using chat box:
o Only one question is allowed per delegate,
o Questions will be taken by order
o If the instructor allows more time for questions, and all delegates has finished their questions, second question will be allowed
If the instructor allows using the mic:
o Only one question is allowed per delegates,
o The mic will be muted immediately unless the instructor asked for a sort of dialog with the delegate who asked the question.
o Questions will be taken by order
o If the instructor allows more time for questions, and all delegates has finished their questions, second question will be allowed
If any delegate has idea, or complain please share it with the Al Amal representative after the s session
Any violation for these rules will mean losing the right of asking any questions for two sessions, and if this violation repeated from the same delegate more than two times, he/she will be excluded from the program.
