In line with our slogan “Al Amal for All”, all recent graduates from all Egyptian universities have the opportunity to join Al Amal Program and attend the basic and core sessions during the “Pre-Al Amal” phase, from which more than 500 graduates benefit annually.

There Are Two Assessment Phases

  1. Throughout Pre-Al Amal Sessions phase, there are three quizzes taken into consideration in the selection process, besides your attendance in this phase.
  2. Interview phase:

All registered applicants are divided into groups where candidates work together and discuss various technical topics, followed by a case study analysis to assess their problem-solving and teamwork skills to attend the second phase of the program.

Al Amal Program Includes:

  1. Pre-Al Amal Sessions: technical and non-technical Sessions About Various topics
  2. Shell NXplorers Programme

From Over 500 Fresh Graduates annually, only 40 candidates are accepted to attend the second phase of the program.

Attendance at all live sessions is mandatory for all participants. There will be several quizzes during this period, so please make sure you are well prepared.

Yes, all sessions are available for viewing on Al Amal program page on Facebook, allowing you to benefit from the content regardless of your application status.

Pre-Al Amal Phase will take about two months. This phase covers a range of topics, including technical aspects such as Oil and Gas Exploration and Development, Mining, Hydrology, and Safety, as well as non-technical subjects like soft skills, programming languages, Linux, and machine learning.

There are two phases of the selection process for Al Amal program.

In the first phase, individuals who have demonstrated commitment and engagement during Pre-Al-Amal Phase will be qualified to move on to the second phase of the selection process.

The second phase involves interviews, including group discussions on technical topics and a case study analysis to evaluate problem-solving and teamwork skills needed to attend the second phase of the program.

The program requires significant commitment and time, making it difficult to work concurrently. We do not recommend working during the program to fully focus on the intensive coursework and activities.

The attendees of Al Amal Program Award Day include the delegates who successfully completed the program, as well as supporters, mentors, and possibly other stakeholders involved in the program. The event is designed to celebrate the achievements of the delegates and recognize the efforts of everyone who contributed to the program’s success
